Vendor Agreement

By submitting 'Yes' and signing below, I agree to the following terms and agreement listed above and below and confirm that:

I, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Clarksdale, Coahoma County, Mississippi, and the Clarksdale Day Committee against all claims, demands, judgments, suits or actions for injury, damage or other liability alleged to have been sustained by any party out of participation in this event.

Rental per booth space is $150 and is non-refundable. Booth spaces are on a first come, first serve basis to vendors completing an application and submitting payment. There will no hold for any spots.
Only the booth space is provided. Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own fixtures (i.e. tables, chairs, power supply, etc.)
Electricity is not provided. However, vendors requiring electrical units may choose to bring generators.
Only approved items or services may be offered for sale.
I understand that space is not guaranteed until payment is received.
